Hey Kurt,

The website looks great apart from ( and just my opinion ) the header needs to change.
I think it is too big and the font is too basic. Also i don't think the picture works well with the title of the website.
On my monitor the header is taking up a quarter of the screen when i open the page.

I think the website should have a logo instead of a header.
Something along the lines of a Headbadge motif with a punchy design and nice font.
