Honey or brown Brooks saddle, probably a Colt, Team Pro, or similar.
Campy Chorus or Record parts. Perhaps not the current versions, as I prefer the polished metal look to all the CF parts.
Don't know about the wheels, but I'm not a racer, so they would be high end clinchers.
