Hahaha, that's funny. I'm not on the coffee shop scene so I don't have to listen to this crap ever. Even if I end up with something else that bike probably is the best way to spend $500 unless you get a really good deal on another frame on Ebay. That's just the objective truth. Bike industry has more buying power than the individual and that's why the best way to buy parts is one already bolted onto a frame.
I wouldn't mind a Felt TK2 frame then I could build it up exactly how I wanted it. Only real flaw with the Pista are the light duty rims. Hate for that bike is from "transference" (hate of the what the owner stands for)
