Agreed on the Target stuff. I like the Maranatha (sp) brand they carry. Doesn't seperate as much. And as far as nuts go, amen to that. I keep raw almonds and some raw mixed nuts on hand. Excellent snack.
They are also good for making homemade energy bars. I made some yesterday as a matter of fact. Great for an afternoon snack and are great for the trail. Good stuff.
