Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Yes, to do the actual installation and cut the steerer to the right length for a threadless headset which is why the handlebar and stem are soon after the fork and headset
