Track bike prices have gone through the roof since the fixie trend. There's a lot more road bikes available. Frejus and Legnano where somewhat similar: at some part they merged. Almost any of the upper end Italian bikes from the 50s, 60s or early 70s are pretty sweet if you can find them: Olmo, Bianchi, Atala, Bottechia, there's billions!

There have been quite a few Frejus on ebay in the last months, just keep looking. I got a totally original, slightly beat '63 or so 2 years ago.
