My father-in-law has an old "Biscayne" bike hanging from his garage ceiling. It has a sticker on it that says "made by Merida in Taiwan." It's an old steel, lugged frame with horizontal dropouts. It this a POS bike or would it make a worthy entry-level fixie? Has anyone even heard of these bikes?
