internal cabling

This is concerning a Scott Foil frameset.

When I got the frame it was a teardown from a a stock foil 20 setup. The shop also removed all the cables, so i without guides I have to recable the bike from scratch. My concern is the friction around the bottom bracket. I got a pressfit GXP bottom bracket but the housing looks to be made of plastic, With bare metal cables having to go around the device. im worried about the cables tearing into the housing. Should I do a liner for the cables even though its routed internally?
