How big are your tires?

My hybrid is rigid so no suspension for me and my roads are pretty messed up too. Usually I can go around big road imperfections if I see them. Lift my butt off the saddle a bit if I have to so the movement gets absorbed by my legs. My bike has 700x42 tires and I inflate them only to about 50PSI so they do absorb quite a bit of bumps and cracks.

I also have a front suspension mountain bike which is used almost exclusively for city riding and the only time the suspension really bugs me is for hill climbs because the fork bounces noticeably. For flatter roads, I don't notice the bouncing so much.
