Bikes: '10 Surly LHT, Rat-rod Klunker, '82 Peugeot PH12 Centennial

See if they have an ISO size printed anywhere on it, like 40-559 or 80-507 (something like that). It will give you the correct size. Inch sizes can be confusing, as there's no standard, only common usage.
