Bikes: Trek FX 3 Disc & Trek 5200

On the bike trainer a bit later this morning...had to move some snow around! Was thinking legs would be sore from the 21 mile run yesterday but seemed to have made it through with no overuse injury. Good thing!

Standard drill: Work through upper gears at 10 min intervals trying to maintain and increase effort. Lots of :30 seated/standing plus miles 20-25 alterbated 1/4s at all-out and easy. That will rev the HR! Used the 5.5 tension setting and still was able to generate a faster avg speed. Lots of sweat!

Then...outside to move the snow again! Burnt some calories today!
