Hmm... been getting emails of late wondering of I'm still interested on being on the wait list. Yes!, I replied. Normally I train specific for this ride but since I thought I wasn't going my miles are a little down. Thats not the problem though, I happen to be going to a show that night and don't see my self getting to bed till 2:00 am.... Might as well not sleep.

Reminds me of the first year I did the ride. Went something like this.

Miles down for the year, On the couch 11:00 pm ride buddies stop by and and try to get me exited about an impromto ride and we have to leave at about 3:30 am i keep saying no,no,no... and my brand new Carnacs Legends with no break in miles ta boot. Well some how I did it and have done it 3 times since.
