I was shopping last year and found some Bontrager and the Specialized BG shoes were ok in terms of a roomy toe box.

Then I found some Sidi Megas on sale and went with them. They are a bit hard to fit though, so be careful with sizing.

The Bontragers were pretty good. But it could depend on the model.
