Zipp 188 hub cassette body damage

Just curious how normal this is... I had a Dura Ace 11-25 cassette on there for several months, torqued down properly. The two thin steel cogs (14t and 15t for the 11-25) had actually twisted on the cassette body, digging into the aluminum of the body. My cheaper fulcrums have a steel cassette body and my shimano wheels use a ti body so this is I guess my only wheels with an aluminum cassette body but I don't remember this happening on my older Mavic Ksyium SL wheels which also had an aluminum cassette body.

I guess I can buy a replacement cassette body but this seems like a ****ty idea at $176 a pop. Maybe I just have to use a Red cassette... ugh.
