I did reject the San Francisco news paper so called study that claimed cyclist at fault over 50% of the time. When they are using police reports where the cyclist were repeatedly blamed based on excessive speed. Really, the cyclist is so many of those cases was speeding and the motorist were not.
Excessive speeding by cyclists? Are there that many competitive racers in SF?
