Report from bike shop: Wheel's slightly out of true, mirror - toast. Bar tape - toast, Headset - fine, fork legs- in balance, fine. Front fender - questionable. Expected cost for all repairs - $50. See a doctor anyway, that's what everyone tells me. For the insurance claim, just in case, etc. Sounds like you're the way I am though, you probably won't unless there's a reason to.
