Well, interesting thread. I got a set of Zipp 303 FC with 88/188 hubs. I also run a DuraAce cassette on the wheel, 11-23. I only installed it once so far and haven't removed it to take a look, I would be interested to remove it and see if there is any gouging like this going on. If so, I guess those splines from AC's site would help with this.
