I have a very ugly Velo VL-6031 saddle with elastomeric suspension. Giant sells them on some of their comfort and electric bikes. I get them free from a Giant dealer because many people get their own brand of saddle when they buy a new bike. There is one on every one of my bikes and on our tandem. I would rate it an 8 out of 10. The only problem with it is that it is a little wide toward the middle of the saddle. It is comfortable for long distance except sometimes it presses on the back of the leg and causes foot numbness. I wish it tapered in farther back. It is by far the best thing I have found for 50 mi.+ rides.

I used to have a Brooks on my road bike. Rode it for many years but it was always hard as a brick. I'm not that into retro anymore.

Had a Selle Royal Centurion on my mountainbike. Not bad for comfort but no cutout. Cutouts are a great improvement.
