On the bike trainer. Tough workout to the Spinerval tape, "Mental Toughness." This is a 90 min tape with warmup and cool down. Didn't think it was going to be so tough but as it wore on it wore me down! Some of the super spins were killers as were the highest gear mashes.
I moved the second workout room around a bit and had to move the bike. The settings are always different anytime you move the bike and trainer. Used same tension setting but it was much harder. Like riding into the wind today! Will have to readjust for the future!
