So who wants to try this with me?
I did the Tuesday earlier this evening. Total workout time around 1:30
30 minute of warm up, then the intervals and then some cool down at the end.
It went pretty good, then again I have maintained my fitness level (cardio).
I had the resistance cranked up high and tried to maintain at least a cadence of 50 which gave my legs and my cardio a real work out. I don't think I went much above 15 mph.
I'll try the Wednesday routine tomorrow, I expect that extra 60% time for each interval will make it a lot tougher / brutal.
