I don't know what their problem is. But I have had it. I have tried emailing, phoning, they don't seem to have a fax number.
I have given firm dates as to when an item will ship, but is has not shipped. I have asked for refunds and got no response.
I suppose I will hear from them if I cancel the VISA charge but it shouldn't be like this.
I will certainly never order from them again and have trouble imagining why anybody in their right mind would do so.
