I propose...Asshats be given to, and must be worn by people starting threads on the following subjects:

• Legal issues: Running red lights, stop signs, riding on sidewalks, etc. I recommend trying your luck in an advocacy forum.
• Messenger Bags: this is a topic more suited to the commuting forum, in lieu of a messenger forum, of which there is none, and if you are asking, you are not one.
• Messengers: (this is not a messenger forum, this is a "Singlespeed & Fixed Gear" forum).
• Hipsters: I'm sure your comments would be better appreciated on myspace.com.
• Clothing: Though I haven't seen this one in a while, the "What should I wear on my fixie" threads were a bit disturbing. (These are probably the same type of people who post the "why are people looking at me funny" threads).

At the risk of sounding like an a55hole, this forum is beginning to really suck.
I propose we keep it to singlespeed and fixed gear subject; And no, your rant does not count if you start it with "While I went out for for a midnight drunk ride on my fixie".
