I have the R45's. I didn't use Mobile 1, but a bike specific lightweight oil. Just a little.

The hubs run pretty much silent and have for the last 6 months I've had the oil in there. I applied it once only.

YMMV. Personally I'm the other way on their support, from my experience they are woefully inadequate via email.
