Bay Area? Where about? Welcome, welcome. Anyway, nice bike! As far as shaving weight, I hear that the wheels are the first ones most people look at. I believe those Fulcrums are around 1700~1800g??? Depending on how much you weigh, but a lot seems to be talking about Soul S2.0's at 1300g. What is 400g equate to? Close to a pound less? Maybe change the cockpit for a lesser weight and the brakes to CNC, but for sure the wheelset. That's just my take on it. I'm sure there are others who are more experienced on the WW stuff.
