Helloo LBear12 Welcome to the forums. The value of a bike depends on lots of thing value being the biggest, followed by desirability, size and location. I agree with Scooper we need lots of good pics to give you an idea of what the price is. Also how you wish to sell the bike can make a difference too. if you just list it on your local craigslist and do not wish to ship you will not get as much as if you list it on ebay and are willing to ship it. Shipping can be as simple as finding a shop you can trust and ask how much they charge to pack (usually around $50) and shipping for FedEx ground can run to about $50 as well. just be sure your potential buyers know the shipping cost and arrangements before shipping.
I am not big Cinelli expert but they are fabulous bikes, I think you should keep it and get back into riding.
