last week i will be able to post in this thread
; 5'11" fluctuated 205-215, at 201 now. Was big on high impact sports till i blew out my knee twice and put on 30+ lbs because of it. Dr. said i got knee's of a 50 year old man (im 24), told me to do cycling instead.
My goal is to get to 185 again.
