It's not high end and his tubing decal is a replacement, along with the fork. Ive seen a handful of these before and they've always had a chromed, curved blade fork. The Latina was a circa 1990 model with Columbus SL (Your eyes must be better than mine or you have areally huge screen) and Athena (thats where the HS came from then? I thought maybe it came with the fork) components. It was an upper mid-range bicycle for the era. High end would be stretch. You might even consider knocking it down an extra notch, just because of the Syncro.
I always thought they charged extra for Synchro
