Really? What kind of scale are you using? If you'd said it was 19lbs I'd have been a little surprised.
Race weight is 16.4 pounds. That would be with race wheels, which, by my math drop nearly 400grams, or essentially a pound. As pictured, with my Velocity A23's, it is 17.3 pounds.
I am using a Park Tools electronic hanging scale.
