Yes. I love how the others are sure there's something wrong with us. No, there isn't. Some people don't progress beyond the tunnel vision or lightheadedness, but others can blackout. It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with desire. But like I said, on the road, if you start getting tunnel vision I would dial it back a hair or you could end up on the ground or worse. Passing out is not safe and it doesn't mean you have heart issues, or even that you're a badass.
