Did the local club ride, A couple of us decided to add in another loop of climbing. I was NOT ready for the ride and I started cramping going up rockstore(last climb), but still managed to finish.(barely)
Lessons learned:
1. Cold pizza is NOT a good pre ride breakfast
2. Always bring more food that you need.
