It's actually a bit different today, but I'll go with this photo as I don't have any current pics that are this clear.

Rear "panniers" are a couple of plastic lunch boxes from a big box store bolted onto my $25 Avenir rack. Front cargo platform is a cheap front basket with the front and sides cut off. The "light bar" is a set of straight handlebars U-bolted to the front with two big round mirrors mounted on the end.

The bike itself is a $50 Roadmaster I bought from the Beast of Bentonville.
