It's been a while since I've posted in these forums. I'm finally under 200 for the first time since 2004. Nothing to do with riding a bike to achieve it, just plain diet. I can't wait to hit the bike now that I weigh less. I live in Staten Island Ny and the hills in this borough made riding painful.
