we cant say it is a great bike from these pictures but we can tell it is made form some very nice parts. 9spd ultegra an dura ace are very fine higher end parts. they may be dated, but they fit the intent of this bike nicely and should provide years of service. what we cant tell is the condition of the bike and its parts. that is up to the OP to research in person.
