Tough bike trainer workout this morning. Maybe a tad fatigued from yesterday's 14 mile tempo run? Avg HR was a tad higher than usual. Alternated seated and standing :30 for most miles up to 21. 21-25 alternated sprint and soft pedal quarters. I may have set the tension one notch higher to the 5.5 mark...can't remember if I had been using the 5 setting?? Either way...though workout as I shifted through the uppe gears every 10 minutes. Lots of sweat once again and tired when finished. May be a nap day today!
