I listed a few that are 1" threaded - or at least have a 1" head tube (Premium Brew, older Pake frames, KHS Flite 100, Fuji Declaration, Godzilla). You could easily get a frame with a 1" head tube and buy a threaded fork. All the frames I listed (and countless others) are drilled for a rear brake. That = you being wrong.

This may not be "your first rodeo" but you come across like a helpless little baby. Good luck on your quest for the perfect frame.
