It showed up as the character in JPinWI's update on 12/2/14, but when Rimmer updated later that same day, it had changed to the question mark and remained that way until I updated again.
I don't have any Oriental languages installed on my computer. I copied and pasted the data to a text editor, and it changed it to a question mark. I didn't even realize it. Does it show in the above quote? All I see is some kind a block.
