I'm 5'8" 210.. I started working out and losing inches... dropped from 265 in 3 years down to 195, then back up to 210 when I started toning up... I have a pretty stocky frame to begin with and have never been able to get below 180 .. 5'8" and a 28 inch inseam... lol.. I am all torso with stubs for legs....
