OH, and for you "poisoners" get real. That is ignorant, cowardly, and totally unnecessary even if the dog DOES need to be put down (which is rare).
Well, until the owner sicked the dog on me intentionally I just figured getting chased by dogs is part of riding bikes. I was probably wrong to wait so long, but I did contact the police. I will start riding with a can of mace as well.
