If you're budget is that big, everyone is going to suggest you get a wabi lightning. But I suggest you build from scratch. If you source some parts used, you can build a very nice bike. That's how I did my Rush, and the part quality is much better than the complete bikes of similar price.

I don't have any experience with any of bikes you listed so I won't tell you which is better than the other, but I will say the colorways on those Bianchi's are not pretty
