Thank you, and yes it is a Park Tool. Park's "home mechanic" headset tool, which is extremely well made, and a fraction the cost of a pro shop model. I bought mine a few years back from Universal Cycles for $50 or so. It is far more solid than an allthread/stacked washer setup.
