Starting a training plan next week from Coach Pat who did my VO2 test. Going to have to move to morning rides as many are 2 hours long and I can't get that in during lunch and they don't work with the group rides I was doing during the week so lots of solo work with the power meter. I can't wait until the time changes. Great thing is he worked them around and for my races. I'm hoping to make gradual and significant improvements this year.
