That "Turbo" seems to share a lot of features with various years of the US Centurions.

The headbadge for '83 and '84 Turbos here was a decal, so it could be earlier or just Australia.
The braze-on cable guides were around earlier, but some '81 models here had clamp-on cable guides.
The fork is very similar to the '81 Semi Pro.
The group is very similar, especially with the piggy-back shifters, to the '83/'84 Lemans
The Tange Champion #5 would be on a par with the Infinity used on the '83 Lemans.

Nice bike, my size, and a shame someone had to throw it away.
It should clean up very well with some effort, but look pretty good.
The Japanese-made paint job is very durable. You've got a nice bike there.

And welcome to the forum. It's been a good couple of days with interesting Centurions.

Turbo....sheesh. The decals are '83-'84 Turbo from the US models, all the way.
