I was planning on riding from the condo/apt in Hernando to Ridge Manor trailhead and back but the dark clouds started gathering when I still had about 5 miles to go. I decided to turn around and head for home. But I did take a few minutes to stop for some carbs at Sandy's House of Sweets bakery in Floral City. I had a piece of gingerbread cake and a raisin/something turnover. Yum. Then it was back on the bike for the 15 mile ride to the apt. I got home a few minutes before the sky opened up.
Did a total of 55.1 miles.
