OP, as an FYI, Frank at Frank's Cyclery on 70 near Brier Creek is a DT Swiss-certified wheel builder. I've had him repair wheels for me, and I'd trust him to build a set of wheels.

Also, Jason at Back Alley Bikes in Chapel Hill also does a great job building wheels. He was running a winter special - $5 wheel builds. I'm not sure if that is still going on. I've had Jason build a set of wheels for me and repair wheels and trust his work fully.
