I'd say its a 8 or 9 out of 10
The Chic, with Sante, was available from 1988-1990. However, based on the plum paint and decals, yours should be a 1988 model. Original MSL was $800. Value is highly dependent on local market conditions. Smaller frame size may further depreciate value in smaller markets.
