its specifically the Red FD with titanium people complain about. Mine shifts fine and was easy enough to instal/set up/tune, but I've seen some other's Red FD become total irritations.
obviously 99% of the pro teams realized this early and started making special SRAM Red FD tuned with steel cages, or went with FORCE FDs.
I guess there really was a difference with hybrid RED FDs that had steel cages and Force cages.
Either way its mostly people with the flexy titanium caged SRAM Red FD with complaints.
