Thanks...ok I have to ask about the driveway sealing. I lived with my mother until I was like 20 (lived at home in college for a time)...in that time...two different houses...both with paved driveways...we never sealed the driveway. I never see them seal a road. So why do you seal your driveway?

Honestly the driveway needs repaved, there are a couple of spots that are really out of whack do to sinking (I think they did a poor original job but whatever). But I can't afford to pave it at this time so I intend to neglect it until I am forced to repave.
