Cool, I have contacted them and will let you know what they say also. I hope its just a case of downloading some software and plugging the cap into my computer. My batteries definately run flat, its not the unit reporting flat batteries in error.

I would have no complaints about the hub at all if batteries lasted a genuine few months.
