Sugoi RS/RSE jersey's in Small would fit you like a glove width wise, however, they are reasonably short. They have some on sale on Amazon.com at the moment.

Other choices- Craft in XS (race fit/aero fit stuff), and Sportful in XS. Sportful makes pretty good gear, but may be hard to find in those sizes.

Anything advertised as "European race fit" would be a good start.
