I'm very grateful that my bicycle/bus/walking routine for commuting is already in place so I don't have to be forced into it by the rising fuel costs. In El Paso on the TV news there are a lot of interviews where people are complaining about the gas prices, but there's very little commentary on using alternate forms of transportation. El Pasoans look like they're going to get very angry about the gas prices, but they will pay them and just cut back on things like going out to eat, etc, to compensate. Maybe as I'm bombing around on
